The first step in Personal Training is selecting a Trainer that best suits you. You may either review our Trainer Profiles below or contact us at (614) 486-0575, and we will assist you in your selection. Once you’ve chosen a Trainer, we will schedule an appointment for you to complete your Fitness Assessment. A Fitness Assessment is a series of tests your Trainer will have you complete in order to determine your current fitness abilities. These tests include:
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Flexibility
- Muscular Strength
- Muscular Endurance
- Body Composition
Upon completion of the Assessment, you and your Trainer will discuss your goals, expectations, and the frequency of sessions that will enable you to reach those goals.
Every training client at Move Your Mind FITNESS must complete a Fitness Assessment in order for training sessions to be conducted.
Sessions may be purchased individually or in packages of 3, 6, or 12, and are 55 minutes in length.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required and all “no-shows” will be charged one session.
In addition, all sessions have a 3-month expiration from the date of purchase.
